My steam account was hacked on February 22nd, but I didn't know it at the time because I was finishing a job that took a month.
My EA account is linked to steam, so every time I play apex, I play the game through steam. I started working on February 6th, and I never logged into the game platform at all. It wasn't until March 6 that I finished my work and ushered in a long vacation, and I returned home. Turned on the computer to play a game of apex heroes, but found that my account was banned, and then I immediately checked the situation on steam, the result was: my account was stolen, all steam game props, fps games, were sold Handling, competitive shooting games that cannot be sold, such as apex and csgo, have been banned due to malicious cheating. I took screenshots and sent them to the attachment of the case regarding all the commodity transaction records and login ip addresses that hackers made to me, and the abnormal game data that appeared in the game caused by malicious cheating by hackers.
but! ! ! ! Here comes the important point. From March 6 to now, there have been nearly 10 large and small appeal emails, and the appeal team will only reply to me with one sentence! That is "Please do not expect further responses on this matter.". Tell me not to expect a response on this matter! Why? I suspect that the tos team did not investigate and check my screenshots and information at all! ! ! They only said these few words in nearly a dozen emails! ! It's like a robot! I have had so many conversations with the customer service in the past one and a half months, and the customer service promised to help me solve it every time, but every time the email sent from one to the next day still only had that sentence! ! ! "Please do not expect further responses on this matter." The tos team has not considered for the players at all. I am not the only account of ordinary players who have been banned maliciously, but there are many! ! You have banned the accounts of our normal players, but you have never seen that you have dealt with cheating players in the game. This really makes us very sad.
I write this post here just to tell everyone how my account was banned. The complaint above is my real emotion for so long, and I hope it can be properly handled. I will continue to provide other evidence if needed. The screenshots of the hacker selling my items, the login ip address and the abnormal data of the game will be attached below.

On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
