The apex account was stolen by hackers and cheated. Worst support ever

My steam account was hacked on February 17nd Allegedly for using cheats. I never played with cheats. I don't even know how to install them. Even if I wanted to play with cheats, I definitely wouldn't do it on my main account. I have played more than 700 hours on my account, I have a relic and many rare skins since I have been playing since 2020. EA, what's the point of me cheating and putting my main account in danger of being banned? I wrote more than 10 letters to support, but there was no answer other than a refusal. It seems to me that instead of people there is a bot sitting there that simply rejects all requests without even reading them. what should I do?
