The client is not running the anti-cheat or has failed anti-cheat authentication

Receiving this error. Running Apex using Steam on Windows 11.

Attempted Solutions that did not work:

- Restart computer

- Reinstall the game

- Repair game files

- Delete EasyAnticheat folder in Apex folder, and then repair game files

- Move files per discussion here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Fix-rolled-out-02-13-24-The-client-is-not-running-anti-cheat/m-p/13484197/highlight/true#M187402

Please advise
