I have this problem "The client is not running the Anti-cheat" Need help ASAP I reinstalled the game on steam but no luck

Ok so i fixed it for me, if you're getting vcruntime140.dll issue, and your pc is running x86bit, go into the website linked download x86 bit press uninstall, download x64bit and install, reboot pc and this solved it for me.
