the client's account has been banned apex

Well i got banned  and i dont  know why ..and who is this EA ToS team ,,do they even check accounts or they ban only because someone report you because you killed them in game. I had no penalty history,then apeared that i have ban there and after that,today,it says i have no penalty history,but i am still banned. I dont know how all this works but on what reason they ban?they dont see that you did not use cheats or programs?I feel like they just ban account without to check the specific account.It's funny that i had few games that i could not kill anyone and then i got  in ranked (i was silver,because  i did not play this season) and i had 12 kills and after that i got this error with ban.Probably i have to accept that i cant do anything about it .
