the coins disappeared
I recharged 298 yuan (6700 gold coins) on STeam, but the game hasn't shown any gold coins, even though the money has been deducted. There are no corresponding items available after the recharge.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for a purchase to finish processing. If you still don't have your coins by then, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at helping you get your coins,
