The graphics mode setting is greyed out for me?

Hello, I have a bit of an odd situation. I'm trying to enable the graphics mode setting in my game to try out performance mode, but it's greyed out (excuse the quality of the image; I'm having issues...

    Just looking at the TCL website, this is the model that came up for me with that description.

    Under the specifications it's showing the display supports 60Hz, which would explain why the performance option isn't available in-game sadly.

Thanks for all the details you've provided!

The performance option should be available if the connected display supports 120Hz. I see you mentioned the resolution but not the refresh rate for that TV.

Do you happen to know the model of your TV? If everything else meets the requirements and that option is still unavailable, the more info we can grab to pass along the better, thanks!

Hello! Thanks for the hasty response. I have a "TCL 43" CLASS 4-SERIES SMART GOOGLE TV" (excuse the capitals; I copied and pasted this directly from the website, lol).
