Sorry to hear you were affected by this issue. To clarify, as part of the fix for the situation that occurred back on April 3rd of last year, affected accounts were rolled back to their state on April 2nd just before this issue happened.
This means any packs you opened would have been returned to your account to open again. However, as the contents are random, unfortunately we would not be able to guarantee you would receive the same items when opening them a second time.
We also sent out some additional free packs to affected accounts shortly after this issue was fixed, but aside from that there is nothing else we would be able to provide for this situation.
Is there any way I can roll back my account to the moment I received these skins? At least an hour after I received them. I just got really upset after that moment and didn't log in to the game anymore, trying to contact tech support from time to time, so the progress on my account will remain the same, but the unfairly taken skins will return if there is a rollback to, for example, 04/03/2024 6 AM UTC +3 time zone.
