EAC HWID False Positive(EAID:illsuiontrot)
Hello EA ToS Team, Respawn Support, and Community Managers
It has been over a year since my account was permanently banned on February 17, 2025. During this time, I have submitted many appeals through various channels, but have only received automated 'case resolved' responses. The penalty history page now shows 'No violation records,' yet the in-game EAC ban remains. I am hoping to receive a manual review opportunity here.

Incident :My speculation on the cause of the wrongful ban:
On January 18, 2025, because my operating system had long been unable to open hyperlinks, I decided to replace the system. As a result, I downloaded a newer version of Windows 10 (due to VPN restrictions, purchasing a genuine system is very difficult in my country, so most people download from pirated websites). On February 9, 2025, I saw that Ash had been buffed, and I couldn't wait to open the game and play until I was banned on February 17, 2025. I believe this system may have caused sys signature issues, requiring the IP to change frequently with the VPN (we need a VPN to play Apex). This is a classic false positive triggered by HWID changes.
I kindly request a manual review of the logs from January 18, 2025, to February 17, 2025, as well as the logs prior to January 18, 2025, and a careful comparison (login records / HWID / pre-ban match data). Please lift this ban. I love Apex Legends and simply want to return as a positive, long-time player.
Even if I go through the trouble of purchasing a legitimate, genuine system using a paid VPN, I can still play on a smurf account. Therefore, I believe it must be that the previous pirated system lacked certain components required by the genuine version, or contained a virus, which caused EAC HWID to determine that the device posed a risk of changing IP addresses, resulting in the ban. - I kindly request the TOS team to compare the logs and also compare the devices. My CPU is: R7 5700X, GPU is: RTX 2060 SUPER, motherboard is: B550M WIFI. My current configuration is still the same.
