Hi, I am receiving an error when I try to launch Apex Legends, which I just recently installed. On start-up, the Apex banner appears with the EAC loading bar at the bottom. The bar completes, then waits for a few seconds before an error appears. "Error Code: 10011 (Failed to start the game)"
I have tried:
-restarting pc
-repairing game installation
-checking for updates (gfx/windows)
-disabling anti-virus
-uninstalling anti-virus
-installed different anti-virus, and added all EAC folders to exception list
-followed all troubleshooting steps on the EAC website
Other EAC games on my system (Dauntless), continue to work without issue. From my attempts to resolve this issue I have found that I am far from the only person experiencing it.
