There should be no limit to the number of appeals

I think ea, as a mature gaming company, should know that when a person's account is suspended for the first time, he is not experienced enough to know what evidence to provide to unlock his account. I was one of those unlucky people, and by the time I realized it, I'd already used up my aforementioned times. After three appeals, each customer service agent told me they would carefully check my account. But the truth is, they just sent an email that said: "we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."
They'll never examine your new evidence again. Just as people in the Middle Ages believed in geocentric belief in their own judgment.

due to it is a busy new year, I did not play Apex in 2023 January. Recently, l received a email which tells me that my account is banned due to violation of rules. I believe that is because someone hacked my account and cheated in game. Please take a look at the following attachment, the common login location for me is on sG(Singapore), but for 2023 January I did not play Apex. Therefore, there must be someone used my account without permission. As a 600+ hours player, I would not put my account in risk just by cheating. Hope you can take off this ban, I will make sure my account safe for the future,

Do note that AHQ is not intended for discussing bans, if you have issues with the process and want to share it with the community then I recommend using other social platforms to do so.

If the TOS team decides to uphold your ban then it's most likely a permanent decision.

You are responsible for account security, therefore you should take it seriously.

If you haven't already, resecure your account properly with the use of this article: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    Enabling 2FA is also recommended.

    Hey @aedwaw,

While I understand you may want to provide as much information as possible in these situations, ultimately an appeal is asking our Terms of Service team to review our own records and evidence that led to the initial action.

This is what would be used to determine the action, which means it's not a matter of providing the "right" evidence to have a ban or suspension removed. Simply requesting the appeal will be enough to have another member of the ToS team review the activity and information we have that led to the action being taken.

Ultimately however, there are only so many times this information can be reviewed hoping for a different outcome, so if you've reached the point where no further responses will be provided by the ToS team, I'm afraid that will be final and not something we can change here either.

  • @EA_Mako The fact is that in the two months that I didn't play the game, my account was stolen, even a 3 year old can see the ip change, your team is not serious about the user account, you are just fooling around
  • @EA_Mako Your censorship team is not only not responsible for a player, but also not responsible for a consumer, law-abiding people are punished, but people who use plug-ins are still live streaming
