When I was doing ranked, I suddenly got an error and dropped. After that, I received a legal penalty and negative points (-162 RP) even though I did not violate any rules. Please return the points I lost. Also, please fix it so that this does not happen again in the future.

First off, Respawn/EA does not grant any RP Refunds, so nothing can be done to get your RP back.
Do you still remember what error you got? Usually if it's a "code:" error it could indicate problems with your network, could range from being an ISP issue, to having a unstable WiFi connection to your router.
Since disconnects like internet problems and game crashes can be caused by users, it's not possible to really discern whether or not you disconnected on purpose. Hence why the abandonment penalty was still given, it likely also stimulates users to troubleshoot the issue that's causing them to get disconnected from the game.
If this happens often it might be worth looking into, if you still remember the error code you got, we could try and troubleshoot to see if we can prevent it from happening in the future.
