There was an error processing game logic cross progression

I finally got cross progression today, however after playing one match I got the following error code:

There was an error processing game logic. Please try again. sh_items.gnut #760 [UI] The index "0" does not exist.

This may be related to the fact that my battle pass leveled up after this game however my higher level account was my xbox account but id only played on pc this season. despite the fact that i believed it said in the cross progression article that battle pass stars and levels are merged i was only at lvl two despite my pc account being previously at around 20 and i still had all if the cosmetics from those levels. That may be the cause of this error but now I cannot access the game on any platform, please help.
