XxAfroskixX​ When you close out of the game, you are still "logged in" for about 10-15 minutes, which would lock the account and prevent other platforms from being able to log into the account.

The only way I know of to get around having to wait 10-15 minutes is to return to the game's main menu, (shown below), then wait about 15 seconds, afterwards you should be able to switch which platform, (in your case, which PlayStation version), you are playing on.

Note: You must select "return to main menu" in order for the game to recognize you had "logged out", otherwise it will have that 10-15 minute login lockout:
