This Profile is not permitted to play online

When launching my game I get the "This Profile is not permitted to play online". Is there any reason for this? I just contacted support and they said I have no bans on the account. Thank you in advance

Hey @qtAIRz,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into with this.

I do see you had mentioned you've already reached out to support about this once, however it does look like the account may have been previously disabled due to someone else gaining access a while back.

If you've already gone through these security steps, you'll need to reach back out to support so they can take another look at the account, sorry this was missed.

I have no idea what is going on but if this does not get fixed I'll lose my battle pass and I do not want that to happen I would like to know how to fix this.
If this helps my profile is theflash5170 and my I've lost my email linked toy account☹️

i have the same problem but on xbox series x its like if the game doesn't allow me to connect to a server i wish someone at EA can force me into a server so it seems that my account is allowed to play or they should have a server called something like reconnect server that troubleshoot for you and adds you back into there server database kinda like it goes through your account and if it sees its good then it allows you in I've been having this problem for like 2 months now

Basically had this problem oddly just recently.. I added the file to exceptions in Windows Security. However this didn't work. I Navigated to Apex install directory and launched the game from the EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe and it worked first try.
