'This Profile is not permitted to play online'

'This Profile is not permitted to play online' on my Xbox Series X. Apex used to work perfectly fine but as soon as I have switched houses, the game just seems to be unplayable and crashing too often. I am able to get into the lobby after restarting the game a few times but when I try to connect to a match, I just go black screen or get kicked out for connectivity issues. I have checked my ban history and there is nothing there as well. All of my other games are running perfectly fine except apex. This is really frustrating as I just want to enjoy this game with my friends but it seems to just keep letting me down. Please help.

    I've had similar issues I got cross progression recently and its now saying 'Your account is not permitted to play online' This only happens when i try to play on my PC though. When I try to get on to play on my PS its perfectly fine. Im or anything. I know my namne seems like im cheating but I dont CFG nor do i even know how to.
