Twitch drops not progressing

Hello,

I have been watching the ALGS Year 5 Championships, however the drops for day 2 never progressed past 60%. I am currently still watching the stream but it seems I will never be able to get these even though I surely met the criteria of watching.

Can this still be awarded to my account?

    As an update, day 4 drop has been progressing and can be claimed now. Still nothing on the day 2 drops...
