Twitch Prime Loot Pack Issues

Also having the same issue. Not seeing anywhere that i can link my EA account to my Xbox Live account in game or on the website and it is very frustrating

Hey all, if you are not seeing a message in game that you have linked your Twitch and EA accounts then it is most likely a case that you have linked to a secondary EA account.

Best thing to do is go ahead an unlink your account and then relink it. You can find the steps to do so here alongside other information relating to the Twitch linking: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/apex-legends/apex-legends/apex-legends-and-twitch/

  once i have unlinked both is there a way to tell if the ea account i am linking is also linked to my xbox account

    You may need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers @TheRealChipLover who will be able to check where your account is linked.
    
    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
    
    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
    
    Click on your product Origin
    
    Then select 'PC
    
    Manage my Account'
    
    Can't log in
    
    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
