Go to help.ea.com
Type EA Account into the search field
Click on the EA Account tile
Click on See all help topics
Select the reason for contacting support. Not all of them offer chat/email support.

@EA_Aljo i have a desame problem
but it totally separate when i totaly log in desame email
im trying to message the account just to confirm if its in desame yup it totally does
maybe thats why my progress lost cause it didint sync to my old account even if its desame email or ea account
