Unable to Access My EA Account

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing my old EA account. I still remember my account ID, but the email address associated with it is not mine, so I cannot receive the verification code or log in.

My EA ID is Yuirin_Inu, and this account is linked to my Steam account.

I'm not sure what to do anymore. I really want to recover my old account and play on it again, but it is locked and I cannot access it.

Could you please help me verify that I am the owner of this account and help me recover it or update the email address associated with it?

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They'll be able to take a look into this for you, and hopefully they can help you change the email address to one that you do have access to.
