MilkSheikW The EA Community Managers here even say so themselves that bans cannot be handled on the forums, (and they too would redirect you to the EA TOS Team):
As for the "lack of human support", each ban is reviewed by a real and different member of the EA TOS Team, (although the EA TOS Team does use templates to help speed things along, which is often seen as bot replies).
In terms of contacting legal and sending in letters to the DPO/EA, I've said that I didn't think you have a case, (meaning that chances are you won't be able to overturn your ban that way), and that your letters most likely would be, (not "will be"), ignored or returned, (which may happen as EA has a process for appealing bans which isn't done through the mail).
Now, regarding the other ways to reach out to EA, while there have been cases where players were able to get help by other means, those, (to my knowledge), were exceptions, as the bans are suppose to be handled by the EA TOS Team, (and yes, some of those "exceptions" were from pro players with a platform, (which honestly isn't fair)).
Besides being a pro player, I don't know much about what kind of exceptions could be made as there really isn't meant to be any and I have even asked a few EA Community Managers if they could look into all these "false bans" as well, (which I was told that players would need to contact the EA TOS Team).
Lastly, the players who have exhausted all their appeals and later got unbanned, (again, to my knowledge), was because EA was reviewing accounts on their own terms and decided to overturn the players' ban, (which is most often the case if there was false bans in a recent ban wave as it takes time to review thousands of banned accounts).

If you don't work for EA maybe you should do some online research about this exact issue I'm mentioning , and inform yourself about the possibilities and different ways to reach out to EA about this. There's multiple options that worked for people out there, somehow you're not even mentioning one of these. Somehow you're also lying about the appeal system, people have had bans overturned after multiple appeals. quick google search can show you that !
All the information I've shared about how bans are handled is from what I've seen EA Community Managers tell other players and/or what I've been told by the EA Community Manager themselves.
Anything involving legal stuff, (like sending in letters), I'm mainly going off my general knowledge and EA's User Agreement.
That being said, if there is anything incorrect with what I've said thus far, you are welcome to provide evidence to the contrary as I would prefer to be correct rather than wrong when relaying information.
