Unable to claim Battle Pass rewards (Season ended)

I purchased the Battle Pass via Steam, and it was successfully added to my account.

However, due to a bug, I was unable to claim any Battle Pass rewards during the entire season.

This issue was previously confirmed by EA support, but it was not resolved before the season ended.

Now the season has already ended, and I received none of the rewards I paid for.
