Unable to complete charging
Hi, I got an issue that I just charged my accont by Steam however there is no any responses at charging page in game, I cannot complete my charging. Looking Forward to your reply.

Sorry about your confused. I charged my Steam wallet then when log into my game and turned to purchase page in game there is couple choices, like 2000 coins, 4000 coins. However, when I tried to click these choices, there is no any respnses so I cannot complete my purchase. Plz let me know if you have any confuses.

Ah, I think I understand now! So you're not able to purchase Apex coins at all via Steam. Do you get an error message at all, or does nothing happen when you click on them?Yeah, there is no any messages or errors and it always happened when I tried to purchased Apex coins in game.
Do you know what the problem is.Please reply to me asap

Sorry for not getting back to you again sooner; could you check your Steam region settings to make sure that they're accurate to where you actually live? I know that if there's a mismatch there that it can cause issues when trying to purchase things like in-game currency.
