Unable to connect ea servers

So ive done everything in my power to sort this but nothing has helped.. 
ive put on a google dns, done plenty of stuff to my internet, tried with different accounts, even different computer but i cannot connect to ea servers.. 

I have a feeling im blocked or banned, but my violation status shows im not...

would be great if someone could look into my account and tell if im banned or not.
