Unable to connect EA to Twitch for ALGS Drops

Hello, I've been having issues with claiming the recent ALGS twitch drops.

I had no problem with the first ALGS drops, however this time around I am unable to connect my EA account to my Twitch. I keep receiving the following error message: "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password." I have double-checked countless times, reset my password twice, and I'm still unable to connect.

I have Twitch Prime, Amazon, and EA all connected to each other, but can't connect regular Twitch to EA.

Hmm, I see. I'm not sure what that is referring to.

I think it would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account and see what might be happening. For more info on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer, you can also speak with the team over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    Hi @nobuhhh

If you log into Twitch and open your settings, do you see Electronic Arts listed under the Connections tab?

Hello, all I see connected is "EA Integration - Test"

    Hey @qmer2

Do you mean that your EA Account has been linked to an Amazon Prime account that belongs to someone else?

I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. I'm afraid we don't really have a way of looking into account issues here on Answers HQ.

For more details on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with the team over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

  • I know this is a pretty late response, but as the issue persists I found a solution which might help some others. You're gonna want to head over to Twitch's website and go to your Connections page. Next, scroll down until you find EA Integration - Test and hit "Disconnect." Now once you've done that, head over to to EA's website: https://www.ea.com/twitchlinking.  Connect your Twitch account there. Now check the Twitch Drops Inventory for your ALGS drops which should now have a checkmark and show up on your Apex Legends account after relaunching the game. Last step is head back to Twitch Connections and disconnect EA Integration - Test and keep  "Electronic Arts." This solution worked for me to get my drops back.
