Unable to connect to ea server on PS4 Apex legends

    I get what you're saying, and I just want to see if we can help fix this issue so you can get back up and running. If the troubleshooting I recommended before hasn't helped can we try using a different DNS on your PS4 to see if that helps? I've seen some cases in the past where using a different DNS can help with issues like this as well. 

    To change the DNS on your PS4 follow the steps below: 

    1. Open the PS4 Settings and select Network

    2. Select Set Up Internet Connection

    3. Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on what type of connection you're using

    4. Select Custom

    5. Under IP Address Settings select Automatic

    6. Under DHCP Host Name select Do Not Specify

    7. Select Manual under DNS Settings

    8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS

    9. Select Automatic under MTU Settings

    10. Choose Do Not Use under Proxy Server

    11. Select Test Internet Connection to confirm the changes

Sorry if it sounds like I’m having ago at you here man but like I’ve said since day 1 of season 7 it’s being doing this and it’s the second Time I’ve asked for help and the second time I’ve tried this and got the same answer from the moderators I’ve always had a love for apex but I just can’t play a game that doesn’t let me connect to it I’ve checked my ban  cases and I have none it just won’t connect to the game

    Thanks for trying to help me and everything you’ve done for me but it’s still not working at this moment in time I’ve also tried deleting it and downloading it multiple times and still no luck and I was wondering do u have anything else I can try or should I just give up and leave apex alone?

      Hey @DarkThunder2579, 

      Apologies for the late response on this. I'm sorry to hear it's still giving you trouble. How is your PS4 currently connected to the internet? Is it using wifi, or is it connected with a network cable? If you're on wifi, would it be possible to try bypassing that and connecting with a cable instead to test and see if that makes any difference at all for you?

      I get what you mean ye 6 days is a lot for you but last time I was able to play was when loba was added don’t get me wrong the help and support has been phenomenal but is there anything else you think will work @EA_Kent ?

    @EA_Kent Oh, yeah. As if you give half a *. And it's always OUR internet that's the problem, huh? * you. How about you fix your * with metal rods for servers, and then you can say how it's our internet's fault, if it continues to * UP, YOU * UP!!!

    For anyone who has this problem this solution works, it's been months since I've played apex but thanks to this I can play it again, I am using lan cable so it might be different if your using WiFi

      It absolutely worked after changing my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as stated
