Unable to connect to EA server

My game doesnt go over the home. I tried connect to the ea servers but looks like i dont have connection.. i have cabled connection. I tried switch accounts, without any positive effect. I tried work...

Hi @blastaCap97, 

Have you tried setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference? You can set a different DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. You can find more information on how to get there at the Microsoft Support website. If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your choice. 

I usually suggest using the public Google DNS (primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) can help as well.

Personally i'm not able to change DNS settings. I already tried.. but no response.. the problem stil there

    Have you tried setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that makes any difference? You can find more info on how to set one up over at the EA Help website. If you are able to give that a try please let me know if you're still having trouble connecting. Thanks again!
