Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to connect to Apex Legends for a while now. Since you've tried many connection troubleshooting steps without success, have you tried a different connection, such as a mobile hotspot, just to test and see if the game connects? Also, you could try a different account to identify whether the issue is account-related or not.

Different connection don't work, same with different account, I can use my account on different PC, but not my PC, I also try turning off firewall. I log in through Steam

Since a different connection doesn't work but you can play on a different device, there might be something on your PC blocking the connection.
In this case, I suggest a Clean Boot, as that should disable any background programs that might conflict with the game: How to clean or safe boot your computer.I see you mentioned turning off your firewall; you could also temporarily disable your antivirus to test if the game connects.
