unable to connect to EA servers (check ea.com/unable-to-connect)

i just installed apex legends on my pc, i had it installed on steam, but i wanted to use my main account (where i spent money).

i already had the EA launcher because i bought fc24, so i installed apex legends and at the first start it said:  unable to connect to EA servers (check ea.com/unable-to-connect)

i already tried some solutions that i saw on this page, and i even watched some videos but noting.

i really want to play apex.
