Unable to connect to EA servers on PS4
Haven’t been able to connect to ea servers and it happens so often. My internet is running smoothly and I’m signed in to PSN network but unable to get past the main screen.
There has got to be an issue with the servers. I know you’re helping us and doing your job, we aren’t trying to make it more difficult on you. We are following your instruction for diagnosis and repair for connectivity issues and all of us do so with no result and then told to “just wait”. There’s obviously a problem with certain accounts and your servers, if most of us can log in and play normally with an alternate account on the exact same device I don’t think you need to be having us waste hours going on circles. You guys need to be honest, if these account are compromised let it be known, if it’s something that’s not going to be an immediate fix or even included in the s8 update let it be known. The lack of transparency here is what’s worrying people, we’re not all made of money and investing our time and money into something we love to play shouldn’t make us feel as though once an issue like this arrises we’re simply just told to wait.
