Unable to connect to EA servers Xbox Series S

Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, is this happening when you first load in to Apex or do you disconnect mid-match?

Hi,
I am trying to load into madden and before I can login a “Unable to verify account” message pops up and says I can’t connect to the EA servers. I recently got a new Xbox. Could that be why? How do I fix it?

I am having the same issues for few days now on PS5 and my internet speed 420 Mbps
all other games are working just fine only apex have this problem
when I restart the router it work for one game then its start happening again
