Hello, @GT-512
If you can't connect using your regular, home connection, but the hotspot works, this means there's an issue with your connection. It would be best to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
Also, if it's been a while since you power cycled your equipment, it would be good to do that now with these steps: I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes, plug in the modem/router and let it come back online. Then, plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I contacted isp and they said there were no problems with my internet. Every game other than apex works fine. I also did the power cycle that you suggested i got to play a couple of games before the issue came back. It either stuck on main menu or i connect and it is stuck on preprocessing. Or works for a couple of games then back to the problems that I mentioned. Please help me fix this issue

Since you can connect just fine on a totally different connection, this either has to do with your ISP, equipment or home network. Try the following:
- Check your router for a firmware update.
- In your router settings, enable UPnP
- In your router settings, make sure your NAT is either Open or Moderate
You can also try using alternate DNS settings.
- From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings).
- Enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220".
- If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Let me know if this helps or not. Thank you!

All right, I faced the same issue. I was not able to proceed thru initial login, with "Data Center: .. 0" or "Data Center: ... 403" on the bottom and message "Unable to connect to EA Servers"
I tried everything - restart modem, console, reinstall game, use wired/wireless, mobile hotspot, damn everything you can imagine.
But then I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g7YqRBtXxA
Long story short, I live in Czech Republic and I have my Xbox Series S console set to Czech Language - at that seems to be issue for game Apex: Legends. After I changed language to English a started game, everything started.
Well, I believe that is something developers are able to address, right? 🙂

Thanks for the update! I'm really glad to hear you're able to connect again. I'll make sure these details get passed on to the team. Good luck and have fun!

We don't give out IP bans so that wouldn't be the case. Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. In past cases, it's been an ISP/equipment issue when you can connect on a different network. An advisor may have other suggestions though. Try opening a case here to get in touch with one. Thanks!

I'm from Czech Republic and had the same problem which was solved by changing Xbox language to English (wouldn't even think about it as a solution without this thread). Seems it's been a while and this localization problem is still not solved from the side of EA. 😞
