Unable to connect to EA servers

Hi. i have been unable to connect to ea servers in apex legends for about two weeks now. does any of you have an idea of how to fix this ?

i have tried all the options out there (i feel like).

I have tried new DNS, re-installing the game, porting, clearing cashe , you name it. but for some stupid reason the game still won't connect. this sucks since i have put a decend amount of money and time into the game and i really want to finish my battlepass before it's too late. Thanks in advance.

i have attached a copy of the UO ea said to run, so if there is an ea employee who can look at at, that would be great.. and before you ask. i've already tried opening a ticket but the stupid pop-up chat window deosn't work either..
