HI @Disputjam Thanks for the additional information, can you go through the following and try out the steps if you have not as well?
- Repair EAC
- Clear Origin Cache
- Repair Apex Via Origin
- Repair VC++ (found in the installation of apex "[storage drive]:\[Any path you created for the install directoy]/Apex\__Installer\vc/reddist"
- There should be ones for 2015, 2021, 2010 run all installers for each and select repair.
- System File Checker tool Then check for Windows and GPU (Driver) updates
