Unable to find email linked to steam account

Hello All,

I am experiencing a problem when I am trying to access my account. I play Apex through steam and I have only linked my account to EA when I first downloaded the game. Yesterday, I was prompted to relink my EA account and when I did my account was level 20, my account was around 380-400 before. I know that I made another account at one point to play on origin and that may have been the account that I logged into, but it has the same IGN but not the same Origin ID. I am not able to remember my other account email due to the fact that I have had many emails in the past. If anyone has had this problem or can help please let me know, Thank you!

    Hey @LayheeTPB,

    This does sound like your account was linked to a different EA Account than you'd been playing on previously, which would be the reason your progress had changed.

    If you don't recall or no longer have access to the original email that was used, it would be best to contact support directly.

    They'll need to go over some account information with you to try and track down that prior account so it can be re-linked here, thanks!
