Unable to find matches. Infinite Queue.

Greetings, today I would like to tell you about such a problem, as an endless waiting for any match in multiplayer (Battle Royale, Mixtape, Limited time), excluding only training and firing range.
It all started by accident after the usual game played in Ranked Match, the next game I could not find because of the so-called queue of 1 player, which lasts several hours (although before that, the match was found in less than a minute).
To solve this problem, I did different things, initially re-signed to another EA account, tried to find a game with and without a VPN, changed servers through the game menu. Then I decided to reinstall my Windows 10 Pro, with the help of the official Microsoft utility prepared my flash drive for reinstallation. All went well, just before another attempt to run the game, I have followed all the guide, which was provided by EA support. But unfortunately nothing helped, I'm still looking for the game and find myself in a queue of one player.
I have provided a screenshot below of what it looks like from my side. I am not getting any errors, just waiting in the lobby. My internet connection is stable and working fine, with a speed of almost 1Gbps.

  • The most common reason for Apex Legends matchmaking not working is the connection. Either your PC cannot connect to the game server, or the game server is not working.

Try restarting the system and see if there is any corruption in the files.

Restarted my system over than 10 times for now. There is no any corruptions in the files too. It is strange that this problem appeared after I played 5-6 games and it still can't be solved.

I installed another Windows 10 and now it works in dual-boot mode. So game launcher and Apex Legends are reinstalled respectively. (30-45 mins ago)
