Unable to get in main lobby. Apex legends

sh_challenges.gnut #517

[UI] Index "5" is beyond array size of 5

Above this states: There was a problem processing game logic.

Please try again.

This does this and has also given me a #448 gnut error with the same code message.

I don't know what caused it but I have been unable to play today and I only played just yesterday. I login and get to see my "legend" and hear the music that plays but then it crashes back to the login screen. I'm on ps4 does anyone know or have a fix for this?

Hey @DonKenJobi

Can you try to reinstall the game, most of the time this fixed the problem processing game logic errors. 🙂

@Zeelmaekers I've read that this is a possible fix, do you know specifically if it works on console. As I've already tried changing servers because I was told it could work. I'll try this tomorrow though, thank you and I appreciate the assistance.

As soon as I get to the lobby it freezes then kicks me out and comes up with this message "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenges.gnut #517 [UI Index "5" is beyond array size of 5"
Then if try again on the main page it gives me a different error message: "There was an error processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenges.gnut #448 [Client] RunUIScript: Script error while running "ClientToUI_ChallengeDataDidChange" in UI script.
I have tried:
different servers
restarting the game
restarting my router
uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
none of which worked or made any difference.
How do I fix this????? I have looked online, other people have this issue but there is no solution!!!
Looking forward to hearing back ASAP.

I am having the exact same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still doesn't work. I have restarted the PS4, restarted the internet and nothing lets me past this error on the lobby.
Please help. I have posted screen shots in the bug and technical data areas but had no replies yet. Would really appreciate some assistance.
