Unable to join in-game voice chat on Xbox One

No matter what my settings are at, I can never hear or speak to players using the in-game voice chat. Most of the time I use Xbox party chat to chat with friends and my headset works fine; I can use ...

So it turns out this more of an Xbox issue rather than an Apex one; in order to resolve this problem you can:
- check your multiplayer and privacy in your settings and make sure Xbox allows you to use in-game voice chat.
- simply restart your Xbox
- or delete and reinstall the game.
There are multiple solutions because not all of them work. In my situation, I had to reinstall the game. If you are still having trouble I recommend looking on YouTube which was where I found my help.
