Unable to log in - Code pin error

I've had the same problem since the Genesis update.  It worked for a single day, but then it reverted to black screening and waiting forever until a code pin error.  I have tried everything, from contacting support to uninstalling and clearing my steam cache.  Nothing worked, I'm running out of things to try.  The times I am able to get in after several minutes of waiting, it'll just stutter and freeze up, then proceed to crash after in most cases, not even a single minute
