Unable to purchase apex coins for battle pass or the ultimate+ pass at all

I did a purchase earlier to get a skin i really wanted but forgot to buy more for the battle pass and now i cant do any purchase i go through the steam authorisation page for the purchase and nothing happens after that idk how to get this sorted please help
