Unable to purchase Apex Coins

I am trying to purchase apex coins throuugh steam, but whenever i hit authorize purchase the Apex coins aren't deposited into my account, and the money isn't taken from my steam balance either. I was able to purchase the $60 apex coins one time last night while I was having this issue, and i wasn't able to do it again. I am trying to buy the $100 apex coins bundle, I'm not sure if that matters at all. I have tried re installing the game and im still having the same issue.
