Unable to Ready Up after completing match

Hi, Since the most recent update I am unable to Ready Up after completing a match (win or lose). The menu option to immediately ready up does not appear and I have to return to lobby after every ga...

    Hey everyone, 

    This error can usually be fixed by leaving your current party and creating a new one. Other players have also shared alternate solutions here.
