Unable to unlink EA account from PSN account

EA PLASE HELP US!

After spending hours with unhelpful EA agents I am forced to come here to make a public complain on EA services.  It's something that I don't like but I am running out of options.  Again, I will try to explain the problem as simply as possible so any EA agent can understand:

I have a PSN account.  I have an EA account.  Both accounts created with the SAME email address.  I do have full access to both accounts.

I went to my EA account and when I tried to link my PSN account I got an error message telling me my PSN account is already linked to another EA account.

My EA account has never been linked to any PSN account, it is clean.  I have no problem on my EA account.

The problem is the link that already exists on my PSN account.  A weird nu*** address at nucleus.ea.com account is already linked to my PSN account and it seems to be a bot generated account.  Definitely not an account that I created, I asume is something like "nucleus120931902783091723097123xxxx" on a server "nucelus.ea.com" which is obviously an EA server.  It must have been created by an old game and at some point it asked me to link accounts to be able to play.  Ok, anyone can undetstand that, so I want to unlink that strange EA account, it shouldn't be that hard.

Since I do have access to my PSN account, I tried to find a way to unlink that account from my PSN account with no luck.  I went online and talked to Sony, they told me an EA account can only be unlinked from EA's side.  I don't know if this is true (please tell me if Sony can do it)  so I came to EA support.  Opened several cases and waited hours online.  After talking to four or five agents I got frustrated. EA asked me to provide data to access that old/unknown/weird EA account which evidently I do not know.

I told them I used the same email address for both PSN and EA so my identity can be easily verified with a code sent to my email.  They need to verify I'm the owner of the PSN account and, of course, I understand that.  Well, a code sent to my PSN address should be enough right?  That way I can prove ownership of my PSN account.  But no, they asked to remember data from that other account that I have never seen in my life. Why??? (and don't tell me for security reasons because I am not asking for access to that weird account.  I just want it to be removed from my PSN account)

They asked me to provide information on my last purchase from PSN which I did, including the last digits of my credit card.  Asked me for my PSN ID and e-mail (which is the same I use for EA) and still they refuse to help.  They say my data is incorrect!  Come on!  I have both my accounts open in my browser... my data is correct,  This is frustrating.  I even told them I can buy another EA game on PSN store right away to provide more proof of ownership of my PSN account.

At this point, I am angry, I love EA games and have played them since they came in floppies but you are loosing a loyal customer.

If you need me to prove that I own my PSN account, I will gladly do it.  Just don't ask me to give you data I can't possibly know for an old/unknown/bot account I did not created.

I also don't understand why this issue hasn't escalated enough for EA and Sony to take action together.  THE SOLUTION IS SO SIMPLE:  Add a option to unlink on BOTH sides, EA and Sony.  Or at least, make the verification of our PSN accounts easier with a code sent to our consoles or PSN email address or phones...  or ALL OF THEM so you have enough proof that we own our PSN accounts...

As customers we are entitled to receive the service we pay for and to be respected as persons.  We are not numbers, we give you money, we play your games, we made you, without your players, you wouldn't be here...

This is something very easy to fix, so FIX IT!
