I can bind thumb buttons on my Logitech M560 mouse using the Logitech software to certain keyboard keys (outside of the game), but the game doesn't recognise me using my thumb buttons (despite being bound to keys). It's like it can't see my mouse buttons at all.
Same here - I have a Logitech G602.
Same here with Logitech g502. Running Origin as administrator works but that is not an ideal resolution.

I found this issue to be problematic when you try and bind any key to shield cell/ battery.
Same here...have a Gigabyte M6900 and have bound the thumb buttons to Shield and Syringe. Yesterday, they worked fine. Today, no deal!

I reset my settings and q and z works so.. thinking if they actually ban it.

I have the g502 and cannot bind to button 4 and 5 both shield cell and syringe.
