Xbox controller keeps disconnecting.

Our xbox controller keeps disconnecting on xbox one s. We've tried changing batteries, updating the controller, power cycle, re-syncing the controller, bought a new controller, uninstall ingredients and reinstalling and it's still doing this. Any ideas?
