Unban request

A while ago my ea/apex account was banned for no apperent reason i just launched apex on my nintendo switch and i saw my account was banned i first tought it was a error but after a few attempts i realised it wasnt this happend a few months ago when i didnt have a phone now i have the opportunity to ask yall in the ea staff team for an unban request and a reason why my account was banned much love thank you

  • I had my account stolen that I had spent at least $500 on and recently went through EA support to get it back, they were able to actually help with that, okay cool, good so far got my account back, however the problems started happening after I got my account back. First thing I did when I got my account back was try to play apex, however its been Permanently banned due to the person who stole it hacking on it, and all EA Support can tell me is that "Your Account Broke TOS". I understand that technically my account broke TOS, however they have record of my account being stolen and that time that it was stolen lines up directly with when it was used for hacking. That alone should be enough to prove me innocent, however they decline all my unban request and wont even respond anymore. I don't even understand the point in EA Support and Ban Appeals if they don't have common sense and lack reasoning.

    Seriously Unprofessional, if any EA Support, or Community Manager or any EA Employee can fix this and change my mind, that would be great.

    They've helped me get my account back, and they're aware that my account has been suspended by a hacker

    Hacker Using Illegal Programs = Using Illegal Programs in Your Account = Ban

    You are still maintaining this stance and will never release the suspension of your account.

    Yea their Reasoning is tbh just pure [Edited], they should have understanding for their community and customers, and use common sense and reasoning as an extra backbone into bans, the fact that they can acknowledge that it wasn't us, that it was someone that stole our account, and have proof we didn't break TOS, then still keep our bans active even after we verify we have our accounts back is just wrong and straight unprofessional, and as far as I see it, EA Support and the TOS Team are failing as teams, this is unacceptable and unreasonable.

    Tbh if they don't fix this, I'm probably gonna get my bank to take back the charges that were used on my account, since as far as I see, I've been scammed out of my money.

    Do better EA Support and TOS Team, this is messed up and just plain wrong, and I know I'm not the only victim.
