Universal Heirloom Pack Bug

Question

Good evening Ea devs, I am a 16 year old with leukemia. My one dream was to get a heirloom in apex legends. Following the release of the new deal for a random universal heirloom "Crimson Universal Melee Pack". I used my make a wish to be able to purchase this event. The problem arises when I opened the packs I received the worst possible universal heirloom the Metallic Banshee. This tragedy has removed all of my will to live. In this message I hope to accomplish the possibility of receiving any other universal heirloom. If there are any kind souls on the dev team please help me achieve this wish It would make me extremely happy and make the rest of my days more tolerable. I love apex legends and have been playing for a long time.

GeckoSquad89​ Sorry to hear that you are not doing well, however unfortunately the game does not allow refunds or exchanges of purchased in-items.
Its also too bad that the pack doesn't let players select which universal they wanted either, as that would of been more ideal.
