Unlinking banned account

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with any account-related issues, such as bans or unlinking accts. 

Afaik you have to serve your time or have a successful appeal of your ban,  before EA will be able to assist you in the unlinking. 

You can dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

The information has already been shared by @EA_FieryHelios and @OldTreeCreeper, but allow me to share it in another way:  

1. Unlinking: There is no way to unlink accounts from an EA account that has an active ban
2. Appeal a Ban: The way to appeal a ban if - and only if - you believe no rules were broken/it was mistakenly added, is to appeal it with ToS via the webform. Check out this thread for more on that: EA Bans and Suspensions - How they work and how to get in contact with us.

We won't offer support or advise players on how to get around account/game bans and won't facilitate discussions like that on the forums. As a result, I'm closing this thread out here. 

Bans are added for a reason. If you feel there's been a mistake or the rules weren't broken, please use the official channel set-up to help you appeal this and have the ban looked into. The Terms of Service team do overturn bans if after a thorough investigation shows that it doesn't belong on the account.
