Unlinking Disabled EA Account Connected to Xbox Account
Hello,
I’m having trouble linking my EA account to my Xbox account. I currently subscribe to Xbox Ultimate, which includes EA Play, and I’d like to play A Way Out with my partner. However, when I try to link my Xbox account to EA, I receive the attached error message (screenshot linked below).
It appears my Xbox account is linked to a disabled EA account that I have no recollection of. I’ve never been banned or disabled any EA accounts, so my best guess is that I may have created an EA account years ago when I played on Xbox, and it may have been deleted or disabled over time.
Is there any way to unlink my Xbox account from this disabled EA account so I can properly link it to my current one?

If this is linked to an EA Account you no longer have access to, it would be best to get in touch with support directly so they can take a look.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
