I've been having problems with unlinking my PSN from this EA account. I do play Apex Legends on my other accounts but i want to do cross-progressions between my PSN and Steam. The issue is the unlink button does not exist on my account and its been difficult because Customer service keeps sending me links on how to unlink it. adding to that, they said they cannot do anything. I might as well try to delete this account and hoping it would resolve.

@EA_Pulsar i've contacted them twice and still got no resolution. And on top of that, i feel like my account got blacklisted. Meaning that everytime i try to contact them, it just send me right back to the start and select from the same options. a continuous loop of endless problems. Still cannot open my Case with them and i am done with this platform and its customer service. I just want to delete my account and get my Playstation account free so i can use it on my main Apex legends account for Cross progression.
